« This is the second time i’ve rented a scooter from left bank scooters and i had even more fun this time. (…)these scooters are twist the throttle and go scooters with no shifting needed. they couldn’t be easier to drive. (…) the arc de triumph was amazing as it’s a six lane roundabout with no lane lines. it feels like real life mario kart. (…) you won’t regret it ».
My friend and I did a full day sidecar tour with Thierry. What an amazing way to see the sights! Besides the “must sees”, Thierry took us to some out of the way places to explore.
Our guide Thierry was so welcoming, informative, and just fun to be around. He was more of a new friend in Paris than a tour guide. We enjoyed lots of laughs while learning so much about Paris and the French culture. Thierry was so accommodating, that when I discovered I lost an earring, we back tracked our route to see if we could locate it. He cheerfully went above and beyond!
Next time I’m in Paris….I’m going to sidecar tour again with Left Bank Scooters!

A SPRING AND SUMMER ABSOLUTE NECESSITY
We did the tour to Versailles. Our tour guide was outstanding and patient with my husband. He had previously been very mendacious about his ability to ride a scooter. lol. I rode on the back of our tour guide, while my husband got reacquainted with the scooter on our ride to the Castle of Versailles, which allowed me to get information and my own personally tour on the ride there. Once at Versailles, he gave an outstanding and informative tour of the Castle garden then took us to the most amazing crepes cafe in Versailles. After lunch he allowed us to go and take our own tour of the inside of the palace. Once we were done with the Castle of Versailles, he took us to Marie Antoinette’s Petit Trianon and gave us a personal tour. Once we were done with the palace. He took us (as a special treat) driving through the magic of Montmartre to the Basilica du Sacre-Coeur de Montmartre. So we can take pictures with all of Paris under us. It was the most magical tour and day. If it’s warm, do not miss this tour. It is an absolute must.
