Generally mopeds are the same as our Vespa 50cc scooters, so yes we do rent mopeds.
Yes. Paris is are quite safe city in general, but we supply with the scooter rental a U-bolt lock and chain for security against theft. The U-bolt lock will go through the wheel during the day, and the chain can be used to attach the scooter to a pole overnight.
We recommend that you always hold adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation insurance.
Yes, we will deliver and collect from any of the major train stations in Paris.
Yes. Two people will fit comfortably on both our scooters- the Vespa S 50cc and Vespa 125cc. Both scooters have 2 seats and a top case with a back rest for the passenger.
Paris has plenty of specific scooter parking all over the city. These are clearly marked with a large blue P and below it you will see a picture of a motorbike or the words ‘2 Roues’ (2 wheel) will be written. With most of the monuments the scooter parking is directly in front, so very convenient. You will see other peoples scooters parked on the sidewalk around the city, but please be careful parking with them as you may get a parking ticket, and the police have become more strict since 2012.

No, there is not a requirement to hold an international drivers license to rent one of our Vespas. You do need to hold a valid license from your home jurisdiction of the type and for the period as per the conditions on the Our Rentals page.
To rent or use the Vespa 125cc the driver must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid motorcycle license for a minimum 2 years.
No, the amount is taken as a ‘hold’, not charged to your card .This means that we hold the details of your card just incase anything happens, but no money is deducted from the card. We can imagine it is very inconvenient when your traveling and a company deducts that amount of money, then it takes a week or more for it be refunded, so we use a ‘hold’ instead.
During our tours, at the start of the tour we’ll do a tour contract and write down your credit card details, keep them for the duration of the tour, then you or we destroy the card details once the tour is finished. We Do Not deduct the amount of the security deposit from your credit card and then refund it, because we understand that this can be a huge hassle when your traveling.
To rent the 50cc Vespa the driver will need to have good, recent experience driving scooters or motorbikes. They must be able to drive it confidently on busy streets and amongst heavy traffic, be aged over 20 years, and hold a valid car license for the last 2 years.
If you participating in a tour with us you can drive the 50cc Vespa if you are 18 years old.
If it is raining at the start time of your scooter tour of Paris or to Versailles then we will postpone your tour to another date that suits you. If this isn’t possible to move the tour for you then we can cancel the tour and refund your 50€ booking deposit.
Same goes for scooter rentals. If its raining at the time of your delivery then we can postpone the rental to another date that suits you.
